    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Communication liaison: point of contact between the managing partner and internal/external team, portfolio companies and LPs.
    • Proficiency in English
    • Schedule management: maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
    • Setting up travel arrangements for the Managing Partner, including flights, hotels, restaurants, visas, travel calendars and meeting scheduling when traveling
    • Office management and supervision of Receptionist, who takes care of office duties
    • Event planning
    • Communication & PR (newsletters, webpage, media handling)
    • Signature coordination
    • Manage phone calls and emails
    • Making personal arrangements for the Managing Partner (personal insurances, traffic fines, etc..)
    • Administrative support to the CFO

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Proven experience as P.A, E.A. or in other coordinator or secretarial position (experience on the VC sector will be valued)
    • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
    • Exemplary planning and time management skills
    • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    • High level verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion, confidentiality and good presence
    • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, ability to follow directions and work independently, team player, proactive and multitasking

    Job description:  

    • Generate deal flow identifying all the leading start-ups in Spain and LatAm
    • Develop a strong network to access the best deals
    • Deal execution:
      • DD process: Elaborate the analysis both commercial and financial to present to the IC
      • Process execution: Engagement of advisors, (legal, financial, tax, labour, tech etc.)
    • Contract negotiations with shareholders and management- closing
    • Portfolio management
    • Portfolio company support: strategy, corporate finance, M&A, funding, hiring, legal/regulatory, develop strong ties with management, digital marketing, analytics and product support (in case applies)
    • Network: Develop Seaya´s network with local entrepreneurs, VC funds, advisors, investors, etc.

    Requirements:

    • +6 years in venture capital/PE/investment banking or consulting (AT LEAST 3 of those years in VC)
    • Business or engineering background (MBA is a plus)

    Descripción de la posición:

    • Planificación financiera, legal y fiscal de la gestora y los fondos; Seaya Capital Gestión SGEIC y de Seaya Ventures I y II además de futuros vehículos que se gestionen.
    • Relación con inversores en fundraising y como limited partners del fondo.
    • Compliance con los órganos reguladores.
    • Apoyo en el control gestión financiera de las participadas.

    Perfil ideal del candidato:

    • Formación: licenciatura en economía, ADE o similar. Se valorará MBA.
    • Idiomas: Dominio de Inglés.
    • Experiencia previa mínima necesaria de 8 años, al menos 4 de ellos en una entidad de capital riesgo.
    • Alto grado de iniciativa propia, capaz de asumir responsabilidad.
    • Gran capacidad analítica.
    • Buena base técnica y conocimiento de las herramientas de control y gestión financiera.
    • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
