JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Communication liaison: point of contact between the managing partner and internal/external team, portfolio companies and LPs.
• Proficiency in English
• Schedule management: maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
• Setting up travel arrangements for the Managing Partner, including flights, hotels, restaurants, visas, travel calendars and meeting scheduling when traveling
• Office management and supervision of Receptionist, who takes care of office duties
• Event planning
• Communication & PR (newsletters, webpage, media handling)
• Signature coordination
• Manage phone calls and emails
• Making personal arrangements for the Managing Partner (personal insurances, traffic fines, etc..)
• Administrative support to the CFO

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as P.A, E.A. or in other coordinator or secretarial position (experience on the VC sector will be valued)
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion, confidentiality and good presence
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, ability to follow directions and work independently, team player, proactive and multitasking
• Research skills
